River Crawlers Guide to Brews for 22

Get ready for a fantastic day filled with great food, drinks, games, prizes, and community. With more than 325 participants already registered, this year's event is even bigger than last year! Please take a few minutes to review the important details below so we can keep everything running smoothly. (And don't miss the Silent Auction this week!)

CHECK-IN & TICKETS

Event Day: Saturday, June 6, 2026, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Your Crawl T-shirt is your ticket to participate in the event, receive food and drink specials, and qualify for raffle opportunities. You MUST wear your event shirt during the Crawl!

EARLY CHECK-IN Friday, June 5, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM Kris Huber's House: 3834 Parsons Road, Carpentersville, IL

DAY-OF CHECK-IN Saturday, June 6,12:00 PM – 2:00 PM River Street Tavern

Additional Notes:

• If you cannot attend Early Check-In and expect to arrive after 2:00 PM on Saturday, please arrange for someone to pick up your materials or contact us at rch22foundation@gmail.com.

• Participants who complete Early Check-In may begin crawling at any participating establishment whenever they choose on Saturday. Just be sure to stop by River Street Tavern at some point during the day!

GAME BANDS - $10

• Game Band includes one play at all four games (including Poker)

• No Game Band = Individual games are $5 per play ($20 total; Game Bands are a DEAL!!!!)

• Additional plays (with or without a Game Band) = $5 each

Games are the best way to earn extra raffle tickets (and have more fun!), so be sure to purchase your Game Band at early check-in or check-in if you haven't already. More on Games and Game Bands to come.

Plus, several games offer additional prizes, including gift cards and cash!

IMPORTANT TIPS

TIP #1: Participants are encouraged to spread out throughout the day and visit establishments in whatever order they choose. We will not be traveling as one large group.

Please try to visit all participating locations and then join everyone at Bandito Barney's at 6:00 PM for closing remarks and prize drawings.
